Appointment Scheduling & fees
Payment Authorization & Studio Policies
A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. By scheduling a service with Archtistic Brow & Wax Studio, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable fees under our studio policies, including deposits, late cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid services.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

Rescheduling: A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required to avoid a 50% charge.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 5 or more minutes late may not be serviced and will be charged 50% as a late cancellation.

No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Payment at Time of Service
Payment is due before leaving the studio. All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
Walk-Outs & Unpaid Balances
By booking, you authorize Archtistic Brow & Wax Studio to charge the card on file for the full amount of any completed service left unpaid.If a card is invalid, declined, or expired, the balance remains due and must be cleared before any new appointments can be scheduled.
Clients with outstanding or unpaid balances may be required to prepay for future services or may face permanent loss of booking privileges.
Disputed Charges & Attendance Claims
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve it promptly.Archtistic may rely on check-in logs, signed forms, time-stamped service notes, booking history, and—when available—security footage to verify attendance.
Filing a chargeback for a completed service, claiming you were not present when our records show attendance, or maintaining unpaid balances may result in immediate and permanent loss of booking privileges.
Right to Refuse Service
Archtistic Brow & Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff.

Studio Safety: Your Well-Being, Our Priority
Children Policy:
Our licensed studio provides permanent makeup and waxing services, which involve hot wax, electronic heating devices, needles, and various tools throughout the space. To maintain a safe environment, children under 12 must be supervised at all times. They cannot be left alone in the lobby or enter the service room while a parent or guardian is receiving a service. If you do not have supervision for your child during your appointment, please reschedule. Additionally, our studio is located on a busy road, and unsupervised children could be at risk.
Pet Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, pets are not permitted on the premises.

Late Policy:
We aim to accommodate late arrivals, but our schedule is organized in 15-minute intervals. If you arrive 5 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to fit the remaining time without disrupting other appointments. Arriving more than 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
Please text us if you’re running late so we can inform you of any impact on your appointment.

Prepaid Policy
Prepaid Service Policy:

Non-Refundable: Prepaid packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Selected Services Only: Prepaid packages apply to select waxing services only, specified at the time of purchase.

Sharing: Packages can be shared with friends and family upon request.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in the forfeiture of one session.

Expiration: Any unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.
Additional Policies
Service Refusal
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.
Guest Policy
Guests are not permitted in service rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in our studio.
Photography/Video
Photography, video recording, or streaming is prohibited in service rooms.
Payment:
We do not accept checks.
Retail Products:
All retail products are non-refundable.
Deposits:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
To reschedule without penalty, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit.
No-Show Policy:
Failing to attend your appointment will result in charges for the full service, including any touch-ups.
Late Policy:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may lead to forfeiting your deposit. Additionally, if you have previous brow work, you must provide a picture before your appointment.
Touch-Ups:
Touch-ups are available only on fully healed skin. Scheduling before healing may result in the loss of your deposit.
All transactions are final, and refunds are not provided.
